While much of the build on your lot process is similar to a typical construction process, there are critical differences that our experienced team will help you navigate. Most importantly, we conduct an upfront analysis and lot review to evaluate all factors that affect the overall cost and complexity of building a new home, including topography, building lines, utility availability, soil conditions, and community restrictions. Based on our assessment, our team will guide you to one of the customizable floorplans that best suit your homesite, or we can connect you with one of our architect partners to create your custom floorplan. If you do not have a lot, you can choose from our available lots, or we can help you find the perfect homesite to build your vision.
